1. What products does Vlendi sell?
Vlendi primarily sells men’s ratchet belts designed for everyday wear. Additional belt types and other products may be added in the future.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
Currently, Vlendi only ships to addresses within the United States.
3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the customer places an order.
4. What is the daily cutoff time for orders?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT -5) are included in the same day’s processing. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.
5. How long does shipping take?
Transit time for shipments is 3–7 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 4–10 business days.
6. How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the shipment until delivery.
7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be accommodated only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Contact support immediately if a change is needed.

Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
